By accessing or using Meisa ("the Service"), operated by Ertiqah, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan subscribers.
Meisa is a behavioral email automation platform that enables SaaS companies to send automated emails based on user behavior. The Service includes email sequence building, automation rules, broadcast management, contact management, analytics, and API access.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
You agree to use Meisa only for lawful purposes. You must not:
You are solely responsible for ensuring your emails comply with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM (US), GDPR (EU), CASL (Canada), and other anti-spam legislation. This includes obtaining proper consent from recipients, including accurate sender information, and honoring unsubscribe requests. Meisa provides tools to help with compliance, but compliance is your responsibility.
Meisa offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your paid period, after which your account reverts to the free plan.
You retain ownership of all data you upload or transmit through Meisa, including your end-user data, email content, and templates. We do not claim ownership of your content. We use your data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our control, including third-party service outages, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
Meisa, including its software, design, documentation, and trademarks, is the property of Ertiqah. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meisa and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the Service in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal dispute resolution.
